Southface Vail Betterments
Forward a recommendation to Vail Town Council.
The Southface Vail project team is recommending targeted interior and common-area betterments to improve the marketability and long-term performance of the development. Vail Home Partners Corporation has requested that the Vail Local Housing Authority review the proposed package and forward a recommendation to the Vail Town Council.

Listen and provide feedback.
Staff will share a portion of the presentation delivered to the Colorado Association of Ski Towns in August highlighting the Town’s Kamiwaza-powered deed restriction management system. The system is designed to improve the customer experience while serving as a force multiplier for staff—helping the Town administer deed restrictions more accurately, efficiently, and sustainably.
